Hi, everyone!

Your local wife is having a rough time. We will be selling goods tonight, but between health problems and work/study obligations, we're unable to offer our usual homemade fare at this time. Instead, an assortment of curated chips, snacks, and chocolates will be available tonight at our same ol' One Dollar price point that you know and love.

I know it takes some of the love out of the business, but in order to get through this trying time, I'd appreciate your support. Look for us at Mixwells tonight!

Tomorrow night will not have many offerings, if any--your Local Wife is currently enrolled in training for a grown-up job, and it's taking up a lot of time to try and sort our lives out to find the balance.

So, you might have noticed my total absence on Thursday night, and I've gotta say, it's been a rough weekend. Your Local Wife is having a little bout with some pretty concerning health issues, and preparing food--even just me cooking for myself--has been taxing these past couple of weeks. No picture, but another COMPLETELY SOLD OUT night! The chocolate chip always go the fastest, but y'all sleep on those maple oatmeal. They're SO GOOD. When I'm out next weekend, give em a try!

Hey everyone! Remember we're gonna be out tonight, and then off for a week because of travel. There are a lot of things I have to prepare so our packaging tonight will be MOST LIKELY be unlabeled--you would not believe the time it takes, I'll try to get to it but I can't promise it tonight--but remember this is a one-man show, so if you're curious about any potential allergens or just ingredients in general, I know these recipes by heart!

Hey, everyone, there's gonna be a limited selection tonight--I'm about out of ingredients and I've had a lot of errands to run this week, and limited funds with which to do so. If you see LWB out tonight, please consider a generous tip so I can restock! The better stocked I am, the better your selection is. I will also NOT be able to post up on Sunday night or this following Thursday, as I will be leaving town on Sunday to accompany my mother out of state for medical reasons. Instead, if sales go well tonight, I will be out at Mixwells on Saturday with a much better stock on hand!

Wow, what a night! We sold out of cookies in just a couple hours--which tells me I need to make WAY more than 8 dozen cookies for a night--and we're left with only a few pieces of zucchini and banana bread each. (I'll be enjoying a little bit for dessert.)

If you're local to the Cincinnati area, remember you can message me for a special order any time if you don't want to wait to catch me out and about! I can match dietary needs no problem. Pick-up would be preferable, as your local wife doesn't drive, but if you're near a bus route I can deliver ASAP, or have higher delivery availability on evenings and weekends when I can get a little help scootin' around town.
