• Art that disappears one bite at a time.

For this year’s Gala, we were invited to create a dessert installation rooted in nature and fine art - drawing inspiration from the flowing lines and soft elegance of the Art Nouveau movement.

Our design featured:
✨ A sculptural cake adorned with sugar florals and gold detailing
🖼 Two “gallery frames” filled with desserts that together formed larger works of edible art
🌿 Individually crafted dessert pieces incorporating botanical elements like colorful florals, layered textures, and organic tones

As guests removed each dessert from the framed displays, the artwork began to disappear - transforming the table in real time.

This was more than a cake display. It was a conversation between nature, dessert, and design - and we were honored to be part of it. •

This cake was inspired by the soft light and lush textures of a late summer garden — where roses are at their peak, greenery spills freely, and the air feels like possibility.

Delicate sugar blooms in creamy white and blush tones climb across sky-blue tiers, accented by clusters of berries and sculpted leaves that mimic the beauty of nature at its most romantic.
