One Sweet Graduation Celebration ✨

This past weekend we had the honor of creating dessert for a large event featuring five cake flavors, cheesecake cups, brownies, cookies, banana pudding, and more. From hundreds of individual desserts to the final setup, every detail was made with care and from scratch.

As we begin closing this chapter of Gourmet Cakes & Confections, it feels especially meaningful that we go out with a bang filled with so much color, joy, and sweetness. 💗

To everyone who has trusted us with birthdays, weddings, promotions, graduations, baby showers, anniversaries, and celebrations over the last five years, thank you. Your support allowed a dream to grow into something truly special.

While we’re stepping away from PUBLIC Orders, the passion for baking isn’t going anywhere. You’ll still find us some cake creations, maybe some recipes, baking tips, maybe a few special pop-ups
and plenty of sweet inspiration along the way.

For now, we’ll leave you with a few photos from this beautiful event and a heart full of gratitude.

It’s been a while since I had a cake to truly challenging me🥰

This cake started as an AI-created vision from the client, a beautiful idea of what she wanted for her new home celebration and birthday all in one. ✨🏡🔑🎂

The inspiration was full of meaningful details, but AI concepts don’t always translate perfectly onto a real cake, especially when working with a smaller size. That’s where experience matters.

My job wasn’t to simply copy the photo, but to take that vision and tailor it into something that would actually work beautifully in real life. I adjusted the layout, refined the details, and made the design more cohesive so it fit the cake SIZE while still keeping the most important elements: down to the welcome mat.

I was super excited about the final product but more importantly, so was the client.

Vanilla and chocolate flavors inside, and a design that told their story on the outside.

That’s the difference when you work with a professional, we don’t just copy, we help to create.

A little pink, a little vintage, and made for the perfect birthday moment 💕🎂

This 18th birthday cake was designed with one special request in mind… the inside had to be just as stunning as the outside. My client wanted that beautiful strawberry reveal when the cake was sliced, so we created soft vanilla layers with fresh strawberry filling placed perfectly for that wow factor 🍓✨

For the outside, she chose a timeless vintage-inspired design with blush pink piping, delicate florals, pearls, and soft feminine details that photographed beautifully for her birthday shoot.

Because turning 18 deserves a cake that looks good from every angle 💖
