Saturday morning was filled with buttercream basics and cupcake decorating with two of the sweetest little bakers. We learned how to make silky buttercream from scratch, practiced piping techniques, and brought our cupcakes to life with their own creative designs.
Watching young bakers build confidence in the kitchen is one of my favorite parts of teaching. Every swirl of frosting was full of imagination, joy, and a whole lot of talent. 💕👩🏽‍🍳
The future of baking is looking very sweet at Urban Soul Bakery. 🧁

Ya’ll know I love creating experiences… not just desserts 🎶🧁

I’m thinking about opening up a small homeschool cake decorating experience during the day in May for kids who love to be creative.
This would be a hands-on “edible art” class where they learn, decorate, and take home their own cakes 🧁✨
