Pan De Mu**to, pero estilo Colibrí.

Made today for a beautiful ceremony, these custom Pan de Mu**to flavors began with a special request.

The hostess wanted to gift her family something meaningful and unexpected, so we collaborated to create a collection of flavors made especially for the occasion.

Now, a little preview of what you can order:

• Original topped with sesame seed or coconut

• Co**ha de Vanilla

• Co**ha de Chocolate

• White Chocolate Ganache topped with Mazapán

• White Chocolate Ganache topped with Coconut

• Xocolatl House cacao ganache: plain or topped with pecans, walnut or pistachios

• Lumier Colombian espresso co**ha

Classic tradition, with a Colibrí twist. All gluten-free & celiac-safe incorporating local woman owned small businesses in these pan dulce.

A beloved tradition, reimagined for a very special table.

A little piece of history, packaged and ready for delivery.

My Puerquitos are made with traditional ingredients and traditional methods. I take delicious piloncillo and convert it into a thick syrup incorporating whole Ceylon cinnamon, whole anise seeds, grass-fed butter and local San Diego honey from the woman-owned San Diego Honey Company.

I use certified gluten-free Ceylon cinnamon and source local ingredients whenever possible, bringing together the flavors of history and tradition with the care of my small-batch, gluten-free and celiac safe bakery.

When support women, we don’t compete for a seat at the table, we make the table bigger. And we sell out the entire place.

Three women-owned businesses.
One woman-owned space that brought us together.

And all three of us sold out!

We want to thank every single person that showed up this afternoon and supported our and thank The Macaron Shop for your generosity in offering your space to host this pop up event.

Because we are so often taught to believe there is only so much room. Only so many customers. Only so many opportunities. That someone else’s success somehow means there is less available for us.

But this is what happens when women reject scarcity and choose collaboration and create instead.

And when one woman opens her doors and creates space for other women to succeed, she isn’t giving away a piece of her own success, she is expanding what success can look like for all of us.

That is how we build an ecosystem instead of simply building individual businesses.

Estelitas.

My childhood in a cookie and named after my mom, Estelitas take you to that place where memory and the heart cross paths.

Sweet and delicate at first, then the freeze-dried strawberries begin to rehydrate, releasing a bright, natural tartness like those tender memories that find their way back to you when you least expect them.

A person. A place. A moment in your life that was beautiful, even if it wasn’t meant to stay.

Some memories deserve to be held with tenderness and gratitude for having experienced them at all and perhaps with the quiet hope that someday, when the timing is different, your paths might cross again.

Until then, there are little things that take us back.

For me, it’s an Estelita.

This little corner is finally coming together. Since I moved in, I’ve been wanting to do something with this little nook, but what would fit this secluded spot without anything impeding the pantry door?

Well, gracias to my neighbor, they gifting me the perfect table! Somehow this piece fit exactly where it needed to. Y me encanta!

Upcycled, cleaned, repurposed and given a new home.

More workspace. Clearer counters. A home for my little mixers. And most importantly, one less piece of furniture going to waste.

Little by little, Casita Colibrí grows. ♻️

Tonight at the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce’s LEAD Visionary Awards 2026, I had the opportunity to celebrate the phenomenal individuals and organizations creating waves across San Diego and beyond.

There’s something special about being in a room filled with familiar faces, reconnecting with my LEAD cohort, meeting new people and continuing to build bridges between the communities we serve for a stronger San Diego and a stronger region.

I also want to give a very special acknowledgment to Shamine of Sharia’s Closet for receiving the Community Spotlight recognition. I am incredibly proud and inspired by the years of dedication Shamine has invested in serving San Diego and bringing people together through Sharia’s Closet. Her commitment to showing up for others is a beautiful example of what it means to lead beyond yourself.

Shamine, congratulations. Your work matters, your service is felt and I’m so proud to celebrate you.

Thank you to the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce for hosting this event where leadership and community can be celebrated. I’m proud to be part of this network and even prouder to continue building alongside so many phenomenal people who are helping shape the future of our region.
