Good morning everybody! Again, we want to thank you all so much for the years of business that we enjoyed! There have been lots of questions so I hope this is able to answer some of the biggest we have received.
Are you going to be at the farmers markets? No. We will not be doing any farmers markets or pop-ups in any capacity.
Can we share recipes? Yes….BUT there will be LIMITED reply as those who have the recipes are no longer responsible for this account. So truthfully you will probably not get them, or see a reply. Personally this will be my last time logging on and I have been the one running this account.
For any of our croissant based products, this is what I will say this first. It is not an easy task by any means. I would suggest watching several videos on how to make croissant dough before even attempting. It is at minimum a full two day process. There is a reason pastry chefs go to culinary school or spend years in apprenticeship. Sallys baking addiction and Tasty have good beginner and home friendly recipes.
Are we ever going to reopen? Unfortunately no.
Where can you get your bread? SHOP LOCAL! We struggled a lot trying to compete with Costco and festival so please please please get your bread locally. Great Harvest in EC is one. And once they start, there are multiple bread bakers at the farmers markets. Like all of them
What is going into the shop now? As of right now it is undecided but we ask that you give as much love and business to them as you did in the last week we were open!
Is Eevy Ivy Over Flowers, Framing & Gifts still going to be in there? Yes! They will still be in the building until theirs is finished being renovated! So love them too!!
