I am a macaron baking, girl chasing, Mama of three. You're probably wondering, Kyla...why all the sudden interest in Macarons? After turning my nose up many times to the store-bought macarons (iykyk), I finally sampled the real deal at a sweet friend's bridal shower last year. And decided I would learn how to bake them for my cousin's baby shower that I was hosting. I started practicing months in
advance, quickly understanding that the term finicky and macarons go hand-in-hand. I somehow managed to get them "right", the day of the shower. Since then, I have been practicing (still perfecting) the technique and I am on a mission to make every flavor macaron that every existed. And if you know macarons, you know the possibilities are endless! Every week, I will be offering a new (or past) "Flavor of the Week" for pre-order. Please understand that this is a HOBBY.
