Weekend Special: A 6oz, 100% all-natural bison patty with melted pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and tomato on a grilled Tuscan split-top bun and a smear of 1000 island dressing. Served with a side of tempura-battered sweet potato slices. A special meal for a special deal of $19.33, in honor of the Chimacum Cafe's humble beginnings in 1933 just down the street in the Dew Drop Inn.

An empty pie case is becoming a common scene at Chimacum Café. A recent surge in popularity of our house-made pies, featuring local, organic crust made with Chimacum Valley Grainery fresh pastry flour, has kept us busy baking pie as often as we can. We're working on increasing our pie-baking capacity so we can have all of your favorite flavors available for purchase; by the slice or whole pies. We also take special orders, so you can reserve a pie for a future birthday or event. Thank you for your pie excitement and your understanding when we're sold out of the pie you wanted.

Unfortunately, we will be closing early this evening, Sunday July 5th, so our cook can nurse an ankle injury. Please send well-wishes so that that may return tomorrow to finish out or weekend of elk burgers. We have just a few left for tomorrow! We'll be open Monday 8am to 7pm, elk burgers start at 2pm. Continuing to source local ingredients for the cafe; today we baked a batch of buttermilk biscuits with locally-grown, organic pastry flour from Chimacum Valley Grainery. Updates: Our evening cook is away at a wedding this weekend, so we'll be closing at 2pm Friday through Monday. Plan accordingly and bring your dad in for breakfast or lunch!
