🍕 Pizza Party! 🍕
The test batch was a success, and we have a limited supply of extra Sourdough Pizza Crusts available in the Carb Cart today and another batch heading into the fridge.
There are also traditional/plain sourdough loaves and 50/50 whole wheat sourdough available in the cart today.

Pizza Crust Baking Instructions:

Preheat oven (& pizza stone, if using) to 425F
Add your favorite sauce & toppings
Bake for 10-15 minutes (or until toppings are fully cooked)

Cook on a pizza stone, cast iron, baking sheet, or even directly on your oven rack! Freezer friendly: bake directly from frozen, no need to thaw.

We had to scootch some items around in the bakery stand, but I'm very grateful we built it big enough to hold everything! (so far!) Here's the current inventory in the carb cart, in preparation for the parade tomorrow:

🌾 50/50 Whole Wheat will be out tomorrow evening (Thursday, 6/11)

Memorial Weekend Restock!
Our sourdough starter has recovered after the Mother's Day temperature mishap, so bread is now rising reliably again! Big batch baked today and out at the cart now: Traditional sourdough, Cheddar Everything (but the bagel), and 50/50 Whole Wheat
