theme was “a little moo is on the way” 🐮✨

a mom placed this order for her daughter’s baby shower (months in advance) and i made the mistake of dropping half of them an hour before pickup…

this is an important moment that i was genuinely excited to be able to help contribute to and now i’d felt like i had ruined it. there was no time to fix it and i was panicking. luckily, they were both incredibly forgiving and understanding - even said she would be ordering again in the future, which i was extremely relieved to hear!

i gave her the other half for free (even though she still tried to pay me for my time and ingredients 🥹) and 50% off of her next order. i just wanted to share this to remind everybody that humans make mistakes and kindness goes a long way. lessons were learned and i appreciate each and every last one of my customers from the bottom of my heart 💙

i have simplified my menu! i am currently accepting orders for these specific cakes & chocolate covered oreos and pretzels ONLY for right now

unfortunately i will be turning away all other incoming orders at the moment. this includes cake pops, cupcakes, custom cakes, etc.

the menu will be re-expanded soon! i’ve also temporarily deleted the order form so all orders must be placed through text or email!

i know i offer any color when it comes to dipped treats but light colors and pastels are the easiest to work with and give the best end results !!!

the more food coloring added to the chocolate, the thicker it gets and then it starts to separate and look chunky. it takes a very generous amount to overpower the white. any dark or super vibrant color is hard to achieve, especially red

i know there’s a way, i just haven’t figured it out yet. i’ve tried adding oil to thin it back out but it doesn’t seem to make a difference so please be patient with me as i continue to learn and keep that in mind when placing an order 🫶🏻
