Blueberry Pie. It’s very tasty! Did you know early American settlers and Indigenous Peoples of North America used wild blueberries? The first documented recipe appeared in 1872. Hey, there’s even a festival for blueberries! It’s in Nacogdoches, Texas on the second Saturday in June. Has anyone been to it??

Bread. Everyone loves it even if you shouldn’t have it! One thing tho, if you make it yourself you can add anything to it and healthy things plus it’s cheaper to make than buying it from the market. Nothing beats the smell of baked bread! I wonder why they haven’t made a plug in air freshener that smells like home made bread? A benefit of making bread is the work out you get. Stronger firmer arms…everyone “kneeds” that!! 😉
