Hey, there’s even a festival for blueberries! It’s in Nacogdoches, Texas on the second Saturday in June. Has anyone been to it??

Bread. Everyone loves it even if you shouldn’t have it! One thing tho, if you make it yourself you can add anything to it and healthy things plus it’s cheaper to make than buying it from the market. Nothing beats the smell of baked bread! I wonder why they haven’t made a plug in air freshener that smells like home made bread? A benefit of making bread is the work out you get. Stronger firmer arms…everyone “kneeds” that!! 😉

A day without baking is depressing! It happens though if you want it to or not, but today wasn’t one of those days…I got to try a new recipe. Vanilla Bundt Cake with Caramel Sauce. It looks really good doesn’t it? Can’t wait to try it! Stay tuned I’ll share how it tasted later 😋
