Baking has taken a back seat a bit since I’ve started working full time again, but here are some recent cake bakes I’ve been doing!

-red velvet with cream cheese frosting
-chocolate and vanilla Barbie cupcakes for Nola’s 5th birthday!
-carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, with a fun music/guitar theme
-a funfetti sheet cake to celebrate my customer’s wife’s birthday and upcoming book release. I used edible images to create the cover and spine
- an apple cider donut “cake” because my SIL loves these donuts, so it was a fitting cake
-a pikachu cake for my niece’s 6th birthday!

- a “boob voyage” party to support a friend needing a mastectomy. I matched and donated the payment for these to my friend ’s breast cancer walk fundraiser! 💕

A birthday dessert spread for my niece Haleigh’s 7th birthday! She requested a strawberry zoo cake, and I made strawberry cupcakes and some cookies to go with it!

The cake was strawberry layers, with whipped cream and diced strawberries between layers. I used chocolate and vanilla pirouette cookies to make the fencing 🍓🍰

Finally got pieces of paper with my name on them, thank you to my husband for the early birthday present 🥰

Happy wedding to Corinne and Craig! They had a chocolate cake with marshmallow frosting, and a five flavor variety of cupcakes!

joined me for frosting the 14 dozen (🤯) cupcakes and delivering to Burgy Brews in Williamsburg! Definitely recommended checking their brewery out, the food was so so good!
