Pete & Scott have been making Bagels in Chico for 35 years. After moving here from both ends of New York they settled in Chico, determined to bring great New York Bagels to the West coast. As one of California's oldest and continuous Bagel bakeries they bring a lot of pride, experience, and chutzpah to making a superb bagel the likes of which New Yorker's demand. We use the original New York recipe with no added oils, preservatives, or dough conditioners, in order to give you a better tasting and healthier bagel.
