Almost two years ago, I basically said, “eff it… I’m going to put some bread up for sale and see what happens.” 😂

I had no business plan. No idea where it would go. I just knew I loved making bread and thought maybe a few people might want to buy it.

And now, almost two years later, I still can’t fully explain how much joy this little business brings me.

Somewhere along the way, I tapped into this creative part of myself that I didn’t even know was missing. A passion I didn’t know was sitting there waiting for me. I’ve met the most incredible people, pushed myself way outside my comfort zone (hellooo social media), learned more than I ever expected to, and built something I’m really proud of.

And it all started because I tried.

So if there’s something you keep thinking about doing - something that lights you up a little every time you think about it - follow it.

You might fail. You might change your mind. You might have absolutely no idea what you’re doing.

But you also might find a part of yourself you didn’t know was there. 🤍

Dough everywhere. So. Many. Loaves. Cookies. Focaccia. Early mornings. Flour-covered everything. And another completely SOLD OUT week.

I say it all the time, but I really do mean it - thank you for continuing to show up for this little bakery of mine. Whether you’ve been ordering since the beginning or this was your first week, I’m so grateful you choose to bring my bread into your homes. 🥹

Now I’m hanging up the apron for two weeks and heading off on a little adventure 🇫🇷🥖 (and yes… there will be A LOT of bread involved 😂).

I hope your freezers are stocked and you enjoy every last bite. I’ll see you back for the next menu drop on 9/10.

Stuffed with cubes of cheddar, topped with freshly shredded cheddar, and made with Samuel Hines Tuscany Herb blend right in the dough 🌿🧀

These Cheddar + Herb Sourdough Focaccias get a 48-hour cold ferment, then a long, warm rise before baking - because good bread takes time.

Cheesy, herby, golden, and so fun to make. 🤍

Okay, how adorable is this place? 🌸

We heard about and had to make a trip over the weekend, and I’m so glad we did! This little roadside stand is filled with handmade pottery, beautiful flowers, and so many unique pieces. So dreamy!!

I love finding hidden local gems like this - especially the ones you might drive right past if you didn’t know they were there!
