After a bulk ferment, each loaf is shaped by hand and placed into its banneton basket.

From there, these loaves head to the fridge for a 48-hour cold ferment, where time does its work-developing flavor, texture, and that signature sourdough character.

Good bread takes time, but it’s absolutely worth the wait. ❤️🥖

✨ NEW: Demi Sourdough Baguettes (2-Pack) ✨

Made with the same dough as my signature sourdough loaf, these artisan demi baguettes have a crisp crust, chewy interior, and are perfect for sandwiches, garlic bread, charcuterie boards, soups, or simply tearing off a piece and enjoying with butter or dip 😋

And a quick reminder: I will not be baking the week of June 12, so if you’d like to stock up on bread or try the new baguettes, be sure to get your orders in this week!

As always, everything freezes beautifully, so now is a great time to fill the freezer.
