Cinnamon Chex cereal shells filled with cinnamon cream cheese buttercream and a brown sugar cinnamon roll filling center 😋

Cinnamon Roll macs are one of my personal favorite macs and are also a fan favorite! I chose them as my launch flavor when I took The Weekly Mac full time last October! I had people asking me every week when I would make them again, and I decided to do it to celebrate my one year full-time-aversary! Thanks so much for all the support over this past year—I appreciate you more than I can say!! I love baking macs for all of you and am so excited for everything that’s still to come! xo, Brittany

Hey Chicago!! I will be teaching my first demo class as a guest baker Bettie’s Chicago | Baking Classes & Events on October 8th, and YOU are invited!! Come watch and learn how to bake Italian method macarons from start to finish, while you sip on a glass of bubbles. At the end of the demonstration, everyone will get to fill and decorate a half dozen macarons to take home with them! Hey Chicago!! I’ll be selling macs today, Sunday July 19th, at Love, Charlie Boutique from 11 - 2 or until sold out!! Rainbow macarons and cute shopping, all while supporting local?? It’s the perfect way to spend your day!! PLEASE RESHARE!!

This week’s funfetti macs have classic shells, funfetti buttercream, and a funfetti cake ball in the center! Plus extra sprinkles around the edges! This flavor is also gluten-free!

This week’s flavor is Honey Butter on Toast! 🐝🍯🧈🍞

Toasty cracker shells filled with whipped honey butter, topped off with maldon salt.

I love a sweet and salty treat…and I also love butter (like…who doesn’t?) These macs totally nailed the combo! The savory crackers in the shells, the wildflower honey, and that final hit of crumbly salt made for a really fun, dynamic flavor! I know some people were a little skeptical of this flavor, but they are nothing short of delightful.

✨IT’S HAPPENING!!!✨ The Weekly Mac is going to be at two farmers markets this Summer!! Come get your macs each week and shop for fresh produce and delicious goodies from all of the other amazing vendors. I can’t wait to see you all there!

This past week’s flavor was Carrot Cake! 🥕

Spiced shells filled with cream cheese buttercream and a carrot cake center.

Some super fun things are happening over here at The Weekly Mac and I’m gonna tell you all about it!

This past weekend I had the best time at ’s first Open House! Thanks so much to everyone who came out on Saturday! If you haven’t taken a yoga class there, make sure to check it out—it’s my fave studio in the city!

This coming Sunday (4/19) I’ll be popping up at ! I’ll be selling Strawberry Basil Lemonade macs, but I also filled a few more Carrot Cake shells that I had left over, so if you missed out this past week, you still have a chance to snag some!

I’m also freaking out (in the best way possible) that I was accepted into the Roscoe Village and Low-Line markets for this Summer!! Make sure to come see me Tuesdays on Southport and Sundays at Hamlin Park, starting in June!!

And finally, I just hired my first part-time employee! With the upcoming markets and other exciting things on the horizon, it’s time to start scaling up toward 90 dozen macs per week 😵‍💫 which I simply cannot do on my own. I’m the absolute luckiest to have join my team!! Christina runs her own custom sugar cookie business (go give her a follow—she’s soooo talented!) and will be helping me out on the side!

TL;DR: pop-ups, farmers markets, my first employee, YAY!
