I made a Unicorn 🦄 Cake for this Awesome young lady for her 3rd Birthday 🎂. Her parents said she was a pleased. Happy Birthday 🎊.
(The cake is olive oil cake, raspberry jam, mousseline (pastry cream mixed with buttercream), Italian Buttercream. The Unicorn Horn is a truffle with raspberry jam and milk chocolate ganache.)

I love making anything croissants 🥐 ; however, I love teaching it to others even more. This small group of five students did an awesome job for their first go around. I showed them how to make classic croissants, Cronuts (Croissant Donuts 🍩), and Kouign Amann. Great job class.
