Please enjoy this closeup of the cherry turnovers I decided to make for myself (and Erik) yesterday because I felt like it. Cherry filling is homemade from fresh dark cherries, pastry is homemade rough puff. Take that last photo as evidence of why I don't feel the necessity to make "proper" puff probably ever again. IT'S PLENTY PUFFED, Y'ALL

OK SO, it's been a while, but I'm back on my (baking) bu****it and ready for your orders! FALL FOODZ ARE THE FUNNEST FOODZZZ!! A few things:

*To give my week some structure, I'm primarily going to be offering order pickup on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, though I can make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
**I'm going to be focusing my output primarily on the stuff *on this menu*; I will consider special requests but I cannot guarantee the answer will be yes.
***ONE MORE THING: The Z*ck is making it difficult for me to see page messages, so if I don't respond within 48 hours to a FB page message, please message me either on Insta or on me personal FB.

A post-Christmas treat, available for a limited time: STOLLEN BISCOTTI! This loaf of stollen didn't rise the way it was supposed to, so it found a new life as something even more delicous. $1.50 each, minimum order of 4, while supplies last. There are two fewer than I was intending to have for sale because I ate them. Pickup in Rogers Park.
