At seven years old, Trinisa began cooking and fell in love with all things food-related, and especially pastries. In 2018, Trinisa started Trini’s Tasty Pastries, which currently operates out of The Hatchery Chicago. In 2022, she participated in A4CB’s Neighborhood Entrepreneurship Lab, a business accelerator program. Trinisa caters events all over Chicago and provides pastries to local cafes.
