💔 My heart is heavy today. Divine Bites Bakery isn’t just a business — it’s my baby. I’ve poured my time, money, blood, sweat, and tears into building something beautiful here in Bronzeville. To experience another break-in is devastating and leaves me feeling deeply violated.

Small businesses like mine are the heartbeat of this community. We show up with passion and dedication, even when it’s hard. But we cannot thrive if we don’t feel safe.

Divine Bites Bakery will be closed for the next couple of weeks as I work to take additional steps to secure my space and handle other logistics so I can move forward efficiently.

Thank you to everyone who has shown love, checked in, and supported Divine Bites Bakery through the good days and the hard ones. Your kindness keeps me going. ❤️

We’re taking time to celebrate someone incredibly special — my grandpa, who turned 80 yesterday! Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we press pause to honor the ones who make everything sweeter 💛

We’re taking a sick day today and will be closed Friday, July 18th to prioritize rest and recovery. Your health — and ours — is always a top priority, so we’re pressing pause to make sure we return at 100%.

Divine Bites will be closed through the weekend and will reopen with regular hours on Wednesday, July 9th.

Due to forecasted severe weather, the Divine Bites grand opening at Boxville has been pushed back to 4PM today.

Because Boxville is an outdoor marketplace, safety comes first. If conditions worsen, the event may be postponed to tomorrow. We’ll continue to monitor the forecast and update you as needed.
