From one parent: "The children were excited, curious, and fully involved. They tasted new foods, learned new skills, and genuinely enjoyed the experience. Our children talked about the party for the rest of the day and again the next morning."

Giving the kids what they asked for...but with a twist! As we only have a few weeks left exploring the US, we wanted to share a little slice of home: the Chicago Style Hotdog and homemade Giardiniera. Which did you know, Italian immigrants brought this pickled vegetable mix to Chicago, where it became extremely popular.

We’re growing 💛 and bringing Junior Chefs Kitchen into more schools this Fall!

Our after-school program keeps kids engaged, builds confidence, and gets them excited to show up (yes…even on Mondays 😅). We cook real food, learn real skills, and create a positive relationship with food early on.

We hosted my kids Middle School for Exploratory Day - 20 kids made a French apple cake with Creme Anglaise. It was SO fun to see how these older kids totally dominated the instructions. And their cakes were delish!! Exploratory Day is so special - kids join groups (often meeting all new students from other grades) and explore the city!!
