My version of a Chantilly Cake

2 layers of White Cake
Mixed FRESH berries filling (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries & Blackberries)
Homemade whipped cream (I use heavy whipping cream, Mexican vanilla extract & confectioners sugar to stabilize it and lightly sweeten it)

I made this for my Granny In Law and this cake is a family favorite 🤍 I am honored that they continue to support my love for baking 🤍
