Christmas cookies 2021. This year I felt like playing with flavors more than decorations, so we had: chocolate-hazelnut shortbread, cardamom sugar cookies filled with lemon curd, chocolate cookies with candied ginger, and Pepparkakor (Swedish ginger cookies) filled with plum butter and decorated with edible gold. Honestly, I don’t know which one was my favorite!
