Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies! At Fat Cat Desserts, we take the classic chocolate chip cookie as seriously as we take our afternoon naps – which is to say, very seriously. Our version features browned butter that adds a depth of flavor most cookies can only dream about, combined with rich brown sugar for that perfect chewy texture with crispy edges. We've added a secret touch of espresso powder to amplify the chocolate (because we're sneaky like that), and a hint of cornstarch to keep them impossibly soft. These aren't your average store-bought cookies – they're thick, indulgent, and loaded with chocolate chips in every bite. Sometimes you don't need to reinvent the wheel; you just need to make it so good that it ruins all other chocolate chip cookies forever. Only $25 a dozen.
