I tried a new recipe today (Oatmeal Blueberry sandwich cookie). The center has cream cheese buttercream with a little blueberry compote in the middle. They are delicious 😋 I have 3 favorites, one being shortbread, Lemon Blueberry, and Oatmeal cookies. I’ve never been a Chocolate lover. Anything with those flavors I’ll try. After reading the ingredients, I knew I had to try these. So delicious 🫐 also made chocolate mint cookies.
