16 white leghorn chicks. They will be ready to lay eggs in 4-6 months. White Leghorns lay XL to Large white eggs! They are the highest egg producing chicken! This breed originates from Tuscany, Italy 🇮🇹 Always remember if your yolks are a pale yellow throw them away. Good nutritious eggs have an orange yolk! Stay tuned for the updates on these chicks! 😄

On Monday a fox killed 9 of our chickens including our rooster 😞 we will still be selling eggs this year but we won't be getting as many as we used to. We are going to buy about 15 more baby chicks this weekend. They won't be ready to lay eggs for about 5 to 6 months. Next month we should be ready to sell eggs to everyone!
