♥️I’ve been pretty quiet this year as far as cookies/sweets are concerned, and I wanted to let you know I’ve decided to stay closed for the rest of 2026.
♥️This year I’m enjoying time with my family while our youngest prepares to graduate from high school and looks ahead to starting college in the fall. I’m doing my best to focus on my health by scheduling the medical check ups I’ve been putting off the last few years. I’ve started prioritizing being more active as I’ve been enjoying riding my bike and I’ve just started playing pickleball, albeit not every well. I’ve got some fun vacations planned over the next few months and we have some projects planned around the house. I continue to be active in my church. Also, I’m appreciating having some free time doing things I’ve missed out on because I didn’t have the time like watercoloring, baking for fun, reading, and watching TV/movies while lounging in the couch. I’m also getting a lot more sleep by going to bed when everyone else goes to bed instead of staying up late finishing cookie orders.
♥️So you can see what I’ve got planned for the rest of the year. At the end of the year I’ll let you know my 2027 plans. I’ll miss seeing you at pick ups or cookie classes this year.
