I have been baking for over fifteen years now from traditional seasonal fruit pies to extravagant cakes. I studied under a CIA graduate, a professional cake decorator and pursued my schooling at Johnson and Wales University-College of Culinary Arts. My specialty in creativity are elegant cakes frosted in exquisite buttercream, cake pops, sugar cookies, petit fours and french macarons. To me, bakin
