Every once in a while, you get that customer.
The customer who knows EXACTLY what they want.
The customer who comes to you with a very specific design, very specific colors, very specific details… and then somehow manages to make the original request even more specific after you’ve already started. 😂
This particular customer was especially persistent. She had a vision. A VERY clear vision. There was no room for creative interpretation.
She wanted certain colors.
Certain decorations.
Certain details.
And absolutely NO substitutions. 🙃
As a small business owner, you learn that sometimes the best way to handle a persnickety customer is to listen carefully, take notes, ask questions, and then do your very best to bring their vision to life.
So… I did exactly that.
