Mama Trini’s Cottage Bakery We are a mother and daughter team bringing 3 ingredient sourdough to our community. Currently offering Tuesday pickup from 2pm-5pm.

Reservations required by 2pm Sunday. Menu: (varies by week and season)

Mama Trini’s classic sourdough loaves use organic flours, pink Himalayan salt and filtered water with our 6.5 year old starter, Don Manuel, that Hannah created herself.

Our loaves are 975g pre bake and we proof them for 20-24 hours. We bake our classic loaves the morning of our porch pick ups.

Summer Porch Pick Ups ☀️🌊⛱️

Due to business and family commitments we will offer two pick ups each month during June, July and August.

June 16 and 30☀️
July 7 and 14☀️🇺🇸
August 4 and 18 ⛱️

Orders should be placed by 2pm the Sunday before pick up.
