🎃👻 FLOATING AN IDEA… 👻🎃

How would y’all feel about a little Halloween Night Pop-Up at Lenora’s Corner Cakery? 👀

I’ll already be outside in the driveway handing out candy, snacks & little goodies to the trick-or-treaters, so I’m thinking… why not set up the tent and make a whole little thing out of it?!

I’m thinking:
-Cinnamon rolls
-Cute spooky cupcakes
-Halloween cookies
-Cake slices

* maybe a few other treats!

Come grab something sweet for yourself while the kids grab their candy

Nothing is set in stone yet, I’m just trying to see if y’all would actually come shop on Halloween night before I start planning and get carried away

A moment of transparency for a second.

I’m taking a little break from weekly cinnamon rolls for the next couple of weeks.

Between my husband being deployed, being a mom to two, and running my business, I’ve been juggling so much these past few months. I was keep myself so busy I was burning myself on both ends. I always want to give you guys the best I have to offer, and lately I haven’t felt like I’ve been able to give it my all.

So I’m giving myself a few weeks to get my mind right, declutter my brain, and catch my breath before I burn myself out. Sometimes you need a little reset to get back into the swing of things!

I’ll still be making cakes and accepting custom orders with a minimum order of one dozen. Just message me to order!

It’s cinnamon roll day and there were no rolls today but that doesn’t mean I’m not working.

Super last minute, I know—sorry y’all! But you still have a chance to get your cinnamon rolls this week!

Tomorrow, Saturday, October 3, I’ll be at the pop-up outside of 2nd Sale on Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake from 9:30 AM–1 PM! 🩷

If you’ve been waiting to try us but haven’t bitten the bullet because that 45+ minute drive is just too much… tomorrow is your chance!

I’ll have cinnamon rolls, some of my favorite cake slices, cupcakes, and cookies—including those boneless chocolate chip cookies y’all love so much!

I can’t wait to see you guys! If I don’t sell out, I’ll post what’s left on my story, and pickup for those goodies will be from me instead.

POV: your cake clients become friends

I know technically I’m just the cake lady but I had to make her a wedding gift.

There are a couple of clients who I’ve meant through making cakes for them and they’ve never left my life after.

I met Kimberly shortly after arriving in Jacksonville before I even had my daughter. She poured so much kindness and support into me genuinely just because she loved my work. She’d always chat with my little girl when she saw her and she saw me grow into a mom. To be honest I’m not sure how she found me but I’m glad she did.

One cake turned into 2 turned into 3 turned into 4 and countless others for her family and friends over the 3 short years I was in Jacksonville. I honestly lost count of how many she ordered, for her daughter for her then boyfriend now husband, for her friends. I always joke I have the SWEETEST clients and I do.

She was always very specific on the types of cakes she wanted and so creative with designs. Her cakes are some of my favorites I’ve made. And I love a girl who knows what she wants.

I’m so sad Tim didn’t propose in time for me to service your wedding but I’m glad I could make you a little something sweet, especially in your time of grief 💕Congratulations to one of my favorite couples and I’m wishing you all the way from Virginia many years of love and happiness. Remember to always choose each other even when the times get rough. Love you always 🤍

I’m extra excited for this week’s drop because we’re having PIE WEEK!

I took some of my favorite classic pie flavors and turned them into jumbo cinnamon rolls, because apparently I can’t just leave desserts in their original form. 😂

If you’re a fall-flavor person, this is definitely your week. Pecan pie filling, warm cinnamon apples, caramel, toasted coconut… we’re easing into fall whether the weather agrees with us or not.

Better late than never 😂 here’s this weeks order form and menu!

I’m a bit busy this week I have a pretty large wedding and dessert table so I’ll be capping rolls at about 50% the amount I normally make to save my sanity.

This will also be my last week making rolls until August 14th. We’ll be traveling to Texas to celebrate my babies first birthday with family and I’m sad already cause this year FLEW by 🥲

So I’d suggest ordering sooner rather than later, so you make the cutoff 🫶🏾
