🍬🍭 We are still collecting candy for next week's Trunk or Treat! This candy will be given out to the 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟰𝟬𝟬 students registered to attend! Students can bring candy donations through October 20th.

If you would like to RSVP to Trunk or Treat or host a trunk, please visit the links below. We only need the number of children who will be trick or treating for RSVPs. 🎨🇺🇸 Every family has a story—share yours through the arts!

Southeastern Elementary students are invited to explore this year’s PTA Reflections theme: “What My Culture Means to Me.”

For our military families, culture can include traditions carried from duty station to duty station, friendships around the world, homecomings, and the people who make every new place feel like home. 💙 What part of your family’s story inspires you?

ALL Southeastern students are welcome! Enter in one or more categories:

🎨🦅 Calling all Southeastern Elementary Lil’ Hawks! 🎶📸

Share your creativity in the PTA Reflections National Arts Contest! This year’s theme is “What My Culture Means to Me.”

Students may enter in six categories:

💃 Dance Choreography
🎨 Visual Arts
📸 Photography
🎶 Music Composition
✍️ Literature
🎬 Film Production

Have more than one creative passion? Students may enter in multiple categories! Local community judges will select school-level winners.

📅 Deadline: Friday, November 13, 2026

🍔🍟 McDonald's Hungry Hawks! 🍟🍔

Skip the cooking and support Southeastern Elementary at the same time - from October 25th–31st, a percentage of sales at McDonald's will go toward supporting our school! 🩵🖤

📍 Where: McDonald's at Edinburgh West Shopping Center

📅 When: Sunday, October 25th – Saturday, October 31st

⏰ Time: 2–9 PM daily

How to participate:

We're excited to announce that the Kona Ice and Burrito Perdido food trucks will be joining us at Trunk or Treat this year!

Come hungry and grab some delicious food from Burrito Perdido or cool off with a sweet treat from Kona Ice while enjoying a fun evening with our Southeastern families! 🎃

We can't wait to see all the creative trunks, awesome costumes, and smiling faces! Don't forget to RSVP so we know you're coming, and we're still looking for families to help make the night extra special by decorating a trunk!

Our candy monsters are hungry!!!

If you're going shopping this weekend, please consider picking up some bags of candy for use in our Trunk or Treat event! Students can place them in our monster boxes in the front entry of the school! Candy donations can be brought in through October 20th.

🎉🍎 Congratulations to our SEE Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Toppin! 🍎🎉

We are so excited to celebrate Mrs. Toppin on this well-deserved honor! She has spent many years making a difference in the lives of her students, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our Southeastern family. 💙

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Toppin and thanking her for the many years of dedication, care, and heart she has given to her students and the teaching profession.
