Good morning everyone.

I want to address a BIG issue I'm having currently.

SHIPPING. SHIPPING. SHIPPING.

I have shipped Priority Mail items that were sent within the first 3 days of December that are STILL in transit and now one of them shows delayed. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I have no clue what the USPS is doing and I understand it's the Holiday season, but paying additional for a service (priority mail) and that service not being met is getting very frustrating.

I also want to note that one of the packages I shipped took 3 days to arrive in Richmond, VA, which is only about a 2 hour drive from my home.

At this point I'm going to look into other shipping options such as UPS and FedEx and I will determine what will be the best option moving forward.

So I say all of this to let you know, if you NEED a gift for Christmas it needs to be ordered and paid for by Wednesday so I can get it out in the mail this week in hopes of it arriving for Christmas.

Thank you for understanding and to those waiting on your packages still, they are coming. I promise! And they will be worth the wait. ❤️
