It is hard to believe that I'm actually writing this post.

6 years ago, almost to the month, I started dropping off bread and other treats on peoples' doorsteps. No contact, face mask on, because we were in the middle of a global pandemic.

The decision to do that to brighten up what was a horribly dark time is what started B4K3.

It turned out that it wasn't actually legal for me to be delivering. Well, now it is. A new bill has passed in Virginia legislature that allows cottage bakers like me to get back on the road and get back to delivering the freshest treats to your door.

What a sweet month June will be! We're hanging out all month at our favorite place and are doing not one but two fundraisers!

On 6.06, we'll be at with for their annual Poker Run to raise money for Battle Dawgs. More details coming soon about how we're helping to raise funds for this one!

On 6.14, we'll be sailing off into the high seas for an 80s adventure with at Garage for our Never Say Die Market. Come in your 80s finest and get ready for a gnarly good time!

Last but not least, on 6.20 we'll be bursting with Pride for Garage's Brewed with Pride event! We'll be running another fundraiser for this and I'll provide more info on that soon. They have lots of events scheduled throughout the day so stay tuned for that too.

VERY important update: we are moving inside on Sunday to from 12-4pm (may stay a bit later depending!). As such, here is our updated menu. I had to drop a few items unfortunately, but I'm really excited for the Japanese twists I have!

I'm extending pre-orders through Saturday night so please feel free to use Bakesy or DM. I may be able to take some limited custom requests as well but those would need to be placed ASAP.

We wanted to bring a little flavor of Japan to for Sunday after our recent trip, so we hope you enjoy this little trip through the torii gates!

Pre-orders will close on Friday. We are keeping an eye on the weather and as always will keep any pre-orders posted on the status of the market.

Orders can be placed through my Bakesy or via DM. Any orders over $30 will need to be paid in advance through Cash App, Venmo or Square (small fee).
