After a rough couple of weeks of last minute rushes, schedules being all messed up and my ovens (yes both ovens at the same time) breaking down while prepping for this weekend I am excited to announce that we are back to events! I've been so busy I haven't had much time to update my page lately. Well that and because I'm a slacker when I'm not in the kitchen working on something. I missed national Chocolate Chip Cookie Day by 2 days and I'm a little upset about this. So to honor one of the best days of the year (National Sugar Cookie Day is July 9th which also happens to be my birthday...I missed that one too!) lets do a give away! Where are all my PA people at? Go check out Pennhurst Asylum for their Paracon! TONS of amazing vendors, lots of things to check out and they're doing tours all weekend. While you're out there come find us to get your cookie fix....I have a new flavor on the table and of course the event exclusive. While you're there make sure to roam around the Devon building and find all the vendors hidden in the back rooms and corners of the building. Richmond we're coming back for one day only! Two of my awesome guys will be at VA COMICON this Sat. You don't want to miss this great event (or the cookies 😉 🍪). Not only will I have their exclusive, Chocolate Strawberry but this is the first exclusive to come out of retirement for a second run since I've started doing them!! I know it seems silly but thats a big deal for my little business.
I'm also rolling out some new flavors for this one. Rocky road, Pistachio, Couch Potato and Strawberry Lemonade.

About a month ago I came across a post for CastleChaos MultiCon and something about it called to me. At first I reasoned with myself that a 15hr trip one way was ridiculous for a convention. We aren't that big of a business to be making risky decisions like that. So, I ignored it and ignored it and ignored it some more. And then I said screw it let's jump in the deep end and see if we sink our swim. I am SO glad we jumped in! This event was one of a kind. It was in a castle and I am insanely jealous that I had to stay home in the kitchen instead of going with them! After a long weekend of them traveling and me worrying about them being in the road, everyone is home and life is back to normal...ish. I really appreciate CastleChaos taking a risk on a small time Baker and getting us a spot. Can't wait for next year!

There have been a lot of moments here recently when I wanted to throw down my apron and give up and then I get a message like this and it makes all the long nights, frustrations, kitchen disasters, and chaos totally worth it. And finally we have World Math Day on March 23rd. If I'm being honest with y'all, I HATE math. Math= Mental Abuse To Humans. I can do bakers math all day long but when to comes to anything else forget it. I pass it off to my 17yr old any chance I get because he actually enjoys doing it. He didn't get that from me!
