**ETA: Iā€™m at capacity for cinnamon swirl loaves but can still take a few more orders for classic sourdough loaves.

Iā€™ve had a special request for sourdough cinnamon sugar swirl loaves. Iā€™ll be able to do a few more of them if anyone would like to order! Pick up will be this Friday 6/6. Order would need to be in by Tuesday so I have time to prep my starter.

I had a few people ask for cinnamon rolls, so I did bake a few dozen and made some for my family and some for a friend as a trade to pay her back for something. This roll had the perfect swirl- sometimes they go rogue so I had to take a picture of this one.

My husband said since Iā€™m not cottage baking regularly anymore that I should bake for bartering and trades for things we use. šŸ˜† so if anyone is growing any organic produce summer, has things like honey, eggsā€¦ etc. And wants to trade them for sourdough baked goods let me know. šŸ˜‰

There was a nap time miracle this afternoon (thanks to the rain, I imagine) and all of my kids slept at the same time which let me finish up the 6 dozen chocolate chip cookies. šŸŖ

Some things Iā€™ve baked recently for my family! ā¤ļø

I wanted to update everyone (just in case you were waiting for my Easter menu to be posted) that for a few reasons Iā€™m going to be taking a step back from cottage baking. I might be doing pop ups along the way, but am not sure when yet. If you have any special requests along the way, feel free to send me a message and I might be able to accommodate!

Iā€™ve really enjoyed baking for my neighbors and friends and Iā€™d love to eventually be able to do it again more regularly. In the meantime, Iā€™ll still be baking for my family and friends just as mama/Cassie not Country Crumb. šŸ˜‰ā˜ŗļø

Hi! Sorry Iā€™ve been MIA! Between being a mom, sickness, lifeā€¦ itā€™s just been quite the winter! I am planning on baking for Easter, so Iā€™m working on the menu for that now.

What would you like to see as an option to order for Easter? Cinnamon roll ā€œnestsā€? Cookies? Cinnamon sugar swirl bread? Dinner rolls for your Easter lunch?
