Patricia's Patisserie Patricia Anderson was a wedding cake design artist and licensed pastry chef. She opened her business in 1999, and is well known across the Chicagoland region.

Her creativity and skill has helped to diversify the traditional style wedding cake. Patricia is now retired and not taking orders.
