I have searched for YEARS for a homemade sandwich bread that doesn’t get dry after the 1st day. I wanted a bread that has the “feel” of store bought but without all the preservatives. I finally found it. This bread is soft and fluffy from the 1st slice to the last and will hold up to being made into a sandwich or toast.
It is available in a small loaf or a family sized loaf and freezes wonderfully!
