Tie it upside down and press slightly onto parchment lined pan and freeze for 15 to 20 minutes. They should peel right off and be nice and flat for your decoration!

Once the boil was strong, it took about 9 minutes total to change color. If you use a smaller amount of butter and sugar, yours may take less time. Low/medium heat is perfect!

Can use baby carrots like me as that’s what I had to use up or can peel and slice your own.

I used a whole yellow onion 🧅 and maybe a half to 3/4 cup of crushed Ritz crackers.

Feel free to customize with seasonings or seasoned salt as you like!

I set out to use up some homemade applesauce my kids don’t want because it’s not in a cute little squeeze pouch 🤦‍♀️

And came up with my own applesauce cake recipe with a cream cheese glaze.

It was gone in two meals…and complaints about it being gone!

Safe to say this will be made again!
