I’m slightly obsessed with these pinwheel sourdough pastries!

They’re long fermented with a cream cheese center and some with rhubarb jam, others with fresh blackberries. So YUM!!

My kids do not know store bought bread. Especially Eila!

And she had a blast naming her own mini loaf and talking to her all afternoon until it was time to bake!

If you have a well fermented dough, your hands and surfaces should appear almost CLEAN!

There is still a floury film that needs wiped and clean, but really, if done properly, it’s not a huge mess.

These went out to door to a friend, but the girls and I strongly considered eating one on the way.

Don’t worry; the whole dozen made it to their destination. Considering God told me to make these for them, and He had 12 disciples, I figured He wanted all 12 to arrive unscathed.
