π PIZZA WEEKEND IS HERE π
No shortcut dough. No corporate ingredients. Just real, artisan pizza baked in our stone hearth oven.
We started prepping for this Friday and Saturday days ago. Our dough is made from scratch using premium Italian pizza flour, and it bulk ferments for two full days to build the perfect structure and flavor before it ever hits the oven.
Weβre keeping the menu simple, focused, and loaded with locally sourced ingredients:
β’ Build Your Own 12" Pizza β Craft it exactly how you want it with our premium toppings.
β’ Classic Margherita β Crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and fresh, locally grown basil.
β’ Cheesy Bread & Garlic Bread β Made with our fresh pizza dough and house-made garlic butter.
(And yes, we have our crisp, tasty Italian blend Gluten-Free crust available for all of them!)
When: This Friday & Saturday from 4:30 PM β 7:00 PM.
Where: 1534 Sugarloaf Lake Rd, Chelsea.
Fair warning: We make everything by hand in small batches, and we strongly suggest calling ahead to claim your dough because we routinely sell out early.
