Hey hey sweet friends 🧡. I had a custom order yesterday, something I had only done once. I made two, you know just in case 🤦‍♀️(oops). And they both turned out perfectly 🎶🎶. So, one will be headed to The Happy Hoe Farm Market & Creamery tomorrow. Behold the Cookie Pie! The possibilities are endless; this particular one is a chocolate chip cookie, inside is a dark rich brownie and a semi-sweet ganache. Also, this Cookie Pie has a "deep dish" top, as the customer wanted to be able to give each slice a swirl of whipped topping.
