Here’s what our Junior Chefs will be making..

These items will be gift wrapped in a Santa bag .. and ready for your child to use as a Christmas present for teachers, friends and family

Reindeer P**p.. chocolate.. caramel and pretzel drops

Peppermint Truffles .. crunchy peppermint and white chocolate truffles

Peanut Butter Santa Snacks .. you can put them out for your Santa snack .. I hear Santa LOVES peanut butter and chocolate.. or give the to your favorite person.

Mexican Roll Ups.. I know you’ll be hungry after school... so you will learn to scramble your own eggs and roll them in a tortilla with some other ingredients you love .. we’re going to top it with cheese .. bake it in the oven and serve it with salsa and sour cream ... YUM

Volcano Roll... shrimp and cucumber roll topped with broiled scallop, scallions and tobiko in a spicy mayo sauce

Philadelphia Roll.. smoked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber and avocado

Daikon Radish Roll.. picked daikon radish.. one of my favorites .. simple yet delicious

Vegetarian Roll.. cucumber, cream cheese and avocado
