A big huge massive thank you to my Chautauqua community who ordered baked goods and bread all summer! I'm so grateful for all the love and support as I spent my first summer away from the farmer's market.

This fall I'll have baked goods available weekly!! I'm adding a few more sweets 😉 and there'll be a lot more vegan and gluten free options on the menu 🙌

wow squonkapallooza, what a day!! from the time we opened the bus at 10am, we didnt stop serving or making food the entire time. this is the only pic i got the entire event! by the end of the day, all we had left was a single head of lettuce and three little packages of pulled pork 🥲

big thanks to the event organizers!! and for having us and for their dedication to one of my favorite cryptids, the squonk 💕🐷💧y'all threw an amazing festival and we hope to see you again next year!

I spent a relaxing weekend in West Virginia and had a wonderful first event for the food truck! Pictured are my Shredded Chicken Tacos topped with street corn, pico de gallo, and a little bit of lettuce. I had such a fun time feeding everyone at Veggieman Day! The BBQ Pork Street Corn Tacos and my Veggie(man) Spring Rolls did especially well 🥰

Thanks to the organizers for throwing such a great event with amazing music and lovely vendors!! Hope to see you all again next year 💕🥬

I’m putting the “veg” in Veggieman Day! This weekend I’ll have Summer Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce, Tacos with Pineapple Salsa and Shredded Chicken, BBQ Pork, or Marinated Tofu and Street Corn! Can’t wait to see (and feed!!) everyone at the event 💕

Come hang out at the Frank and Jane Gabor Folklife Center in Fairmont, WV from 11-5 this Saturday. Check out for additional info!

If I’m honest, I don’t always understand the love and dedication people have toward cranberry orange scones.

I’ve made so many cool funky scone flavors over the years (current obsession is blueberry lime 😋🫐🍋‍🟩). I always want to try something new!!

But there’s a reason cranberry orange never goes out of style, and is popular all year round. It’s the undisputed favorite and there’s a reason it’s a classic 🥰

So, I’ll have cranberry orange scones available every week of the summer and likely into the fall/winter. But if you’d like to request another flavor, DM me so I can make a special batch just for you 💕

Everyone’s favorite muffin is back! And yes, they’re $2 more than my other muffins, but I promise they’re worth it!!

Chock full of healthy and fresh ingredients, these muffins are truly a labor of love 💕

I personally grind the oats, chop the apples, toast the pecans… and a few other little steps along the way… getting them all done right is all part of the job 👩‍🍳🥰

Thankfully they’re so beloved by so many of you, that YOU make it worth all the time to make them every week.

I’ve already got one batch ordered for next week, so I’ll have a delivery ready next Wednesday, 6/18 🗓️
