Next up was a birthday cake for one of my favorite people in the world, Kat. She loves caramel, nuts and buttercream so I tried marrying all of them in one cake. This was my first time ever making caramel from scratch and I ended up whipping it and making this delicious, pillowy caramel filling. It was divine!

First up, a rainbow/Bluey cake for my daughter, Katie Mae. My business and love for decorating cakes started by making my kidsā€™ birthday cakes.they get to order whatever they want and mama always tries to make it happen! As you can see, she got kinda carried away. šŸ˜‚ This thing was HUGE! I also did chocolate covered strawberries to match because the birthday girl requested them.
