A little cookie confession… 😂🍉
I made these cookies over the weekend and, well… I messed them up. 🤦‍♀️ So I went back, redid them, and I have to say—I think they turned out pretty darn cute the second time around! 💕
It just goes to show that simple isn’t always easy. When there aren’t a lot of details to distract from the design, there’s nowhere to hide those little imperfections! 😅
But I’m really happy with how these turned out after the redo. Sometimes you just have to step back, try again, and trust the process. ❤️

From the little engines to the railroad crossing signs and the "Chugga Chugga Two Two" cookies, every detail was made with so much love. Seeing a theme come together like this is one of my favorite parts of baking!
