We have been asked by some when we will reopen. We have been trying to over come the damage to our equipment. As of today we have no resolution from our insurance. The main piece of out operation, the Espresso Machine is still compromised. We are in talks with the insurance adjusters and have appointments later this week with electrical specialists. It has been a nightmare. We will have a more definite path forward soon and will update. We are truly sorry for letting our customers down.

We have parts ordered that must come from the manufacturer for our Espresso machine. The manufacturer says they will ship the last week of July and arrive around the 4th of August. We plan on reopening August 11. We will update as soon as the parts arrive

The Corral continues to be closed at present. We are still recovering from Lightning strike several weeks ago (insurance). Our plan is to replace compromised refrigeration as soon as we can and reopen. Hopefully this will not be much longer. Possibly next week. Please pray for us. We appreciate and miss seeing our friends and loyal customers

We are still dealing with getting our equipment back online. Seems when we think we have it working something else fails. We will continue to be closed this week and next. We had planned on being closed for the 4th and will stay the course with that.

So this means we will be back Wednesday July 9th. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We will be closed till next Wednesday due to lightning striking a transformer that feeds the shop. This knocked out our AC inits and 2 of our refrigerators. We are in the process of getting things repaired and replaced. TIA for understanding.

We will be closed on Wednesday due to issues with our AC units. We think we may have been hit by lightning again 🙁. Getting them checked now.
