A fall update from our kitchen # part 3!— just some really good things we love making, including a few favorites coming back.

✨ New🧡 Pumpkin Salted Caramel Matcha (or Espresso) - Our New Obssession ( our favorite in-house sauce - salted caramel is perfectly paired with pumpkin)

✨Salted Caramel Cinnamon Roll is BACK - it won’t be displayed as we don’t have enough space to display. Just ask us!

💚 Gluten-Free Pistachio Scone is BACK
Our pistachio scone returns for the fall season — buttery, nutty, and completely gluten-free.

And our sourdough focaccia sandwiches are paired with :

🥚 Egg Sando — on our Everything Bagel Sourdough Focaccia

🐷 Pulled Pork Gochujang — on Sea Salt Sourdough Focaccia

Monday is finally our Sunday — our day to rest. ❤️

The past two weekends have probably been some of our busiest days. When we’re in the middle of service, we don’t have much time to think. We just move as fast as we can, communicate nonstop, and work so closely that, for those few hours, we feel completely like one team — with 100% trust that we’re there for one another.

Last Saturday, our rush finally ended very late in the afternoon, and we shared a little group hug — that feeling of, we fought through that together. 🥹

Our front-of-house warrior, Ethan, and Sarah, who has been carrying the entire weight of the back of house while we’re fighting through the front — we truly could not have made it through these weekends without you two. Your devotion, work ethic, and willingness to keep showing up have touched our hearts.

And somehow, today is my birthday. 🥹

We didn’t really get a chance to celebrate, but Simon, didn’t forget the flowers. His unconditional smile and the way he is always there for me mean more than I can say. ❤️

Birthdays always make me look back a little. I wasn’t always fearless or the most expressive person, but I always had a huge desire to learn, try new things, and keep going. Looking back at old photos has become a little birthday tradition — a reminder of where I came from.

Today, we’re resting. Maybe we’ll have some Korean food, take a breath, and enjoy this quiet Monday together. Thank you to our team, our family, and every single person who walks through our door and supports what we’re trying to build.

We’ll be back before you know it — and yes, we’re not done with fall yet. 😉🍂

Fall favorites are back, with a few new obsessions too! 🍂🤎

🥣 🔥Soup is back! Our fall favorite Pumpkin Ginger Sweet Potato Soup—GF & vegan, served with croutons made from our sourdough milk bun. 🍠

🧡 Savory Bear Claw Pastry is back! Roasted sweet potato, kimchi & cheese, all perfectly married with our housemade gochujang sauce. 🌶️

🧄 Garlic Butter Sourdough Focaccia — our new obsession continues. 🤎

🎃 And our newest pumpkin additions: Pumpkin Latte + Pumpkin Chocolate Cupcakes—so soft, rich, and cozy!

And yes… more pumpkin is coming. But this one is really, really good. 🤭🎃

Pumpkin Mocha along with our Ube collections might just be your new obsession too. We promise. ☕️🍫🎃

Part 2 of many fall menus 🙂 🍂

Shall we start the week with our Pumpkin Latte Cardamom Heavenly Cinnamon Roll? 🎃🤎 We couldn’t wait to bring this one back from last year’s fall menu!

We cook down pure pumpkin purée with butter until rich and deeply flavorful, then pair it with our classic cream cheese frosting and a touch of freshly ground cardamom. Cozy, creamy, and perfectly balanced. 🤎
We’re also bringing back our Kimchi Sweet Potato + Smoky Cheddar Sandwich. 🍠🧀🌶️

There’s a lot more fall goodness coming, but we’ll reveal it one at a time so you can enjoy each one. 🍂

Stopped by Jess Bakeshop , a family-owned, Korean heritage bakery run by husband and wife duo Jess and Simon in Garwood, New Jersey. Their ube lemon sourdough milk bun stopped us in our tracks, along with fresh sandwiches and a smooth, subtly sweet ube matcha latte.

Fall menu Part 1 🧡 It’s Fall and we love everything about this season 🍂

Let’s start with our fall drinks: Housemade Pumpkin & Ube Cream Matcha (or Espresso). 🎃💜☕️

These beautiful colors and flavors remind me of the toasted soybean drinks my mom used to make for me growing up—comforting, refreshing, and nurturing all at once. 🤎 We’re also starting our housemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup today!

And meet our new cookie obsession of the season: Pumpkin Snickerdoodles! 🎃🍪 Soft, cozy, and somewhere between a muffin and a cookie, with our house-blended spice sugar. Perfect for breakfast or dessert!

We’re starting the season with these new additions and lots of classics—including our Upside-Down Olive Oil Cake and Kimchi Bacon Sandwich that stay! 🥓🌶️

We’re going bright and bold this weekend — and we’re open tomorrow, Labor Day, 10 AM–2 PM!

Yesterday was another beautiful, busy day filled with so many new faces. And for those who couldn’t make it in or missed us in the long line, we’re opening especially tomorrow, too. 🤍

Meet our Orange 🍊 Upside-Down Olive Oil Cake — bright, fragrant, and just the thing to brighten up your weekend.

And this weekend, we’re bringing a little more boldness to the table:

LABOR DAY WEEKEND MENU 🇺🇸

We’re getting ready for this week & Labor Day weekend with a few special things we’re especially excited about. ❤️💙

🌶️ Buffalo Gochujang Chicken Sandwich
Our take on a classic buffalo chicken sandwich, served on house sourdough focaccia pressed hot. Our own buffalo sauce cooked down with butter and blended with our gochujang sauce for the perfect balance of buttery, tangy, spicy, and savory. (Available starting Thursday)

🍓 Strawberry Vanilla + Blueberry Cream Cheese Cupcakes
A combo of 6 cupcakes total: 3 strawberry vanilla and 3 blueberry cream cheese. Together, they make a pretty little red, white, and blue celebration. 🇺🇸

🌽 Honey Roasted Corn Butter Sourdough Focaccia & Gochujang Butter
Our special focaccia flavors will also be available with the butters sold separately in-store, so you can take them home and enjoy them with Jess Bakeshop 😉 bread, BBQ, or whatever you’re cooking up this weekend.

🥖 Lots of Milk Buns!
We’ll be making plenty of our soft, fluffy sourdough milk buns to make your Labor Day BBQ more delicious. Perfect for any sandwiches or whatever ends up on the grill.
