Our Story

Over the years our location at 54 Mainstreet Chatham NY has had several names and faces. From the original home of Our Daily Bread and our traditional bread bake house. To the home of The Gluten Free Bakery our gluten free bakehouse. We have now moved our Gluten Free Bakery to a larger facility and after last years revamping of our cafe it is time for another identity shift.

We are now 54 Main Cafe

A health focused cafe with many options for those with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. We have an ever evolving menu of sandwiches, salads, grain bowls and gluten free crepes. We also serve espresso drinks and juices cold pressed to order.

Additionally, we are home to THE GLUTEN FREE BAKERY our Gluten-free bakery specializing in fresh breads, cookies, scones, and cakes.
