Hi Everyone!! Pleased to announce that after folding the retail shop in February and taking the Summer to take stock I have decided to resume the roasting and wholesale operation starting in November. Bagged coffee will be available initially at the Batesville Market in Batesville and at the Bottle House on W. Main St. in Charlottesville and, of course, directly from Rocket via USPS!! Well, here we are. 24 months in and we've hit the end of the road. COVID was the disease for sure. Never able to really get a foot hold here. Tomorrow, Sun. Feb. 13, will be our last morning of service. Open 9-12 come get a coffee and bagel and say goodbye. We are continuing our roasting and wholesale operation, so look for an improved online sales experience coming soon!!

Hi folks, we will be re-opening this weekend. The weather and subsequent school closures led us to remain shut. More snow tonight may delay the opening tomorrow but we will be open at some point either tomorrow or Saturday and then will resume regular hours. Please come say hello!

Reawakening from our holiday nap! Open Tomorrow Jan. 2, 9-1 then Monday 8-noon. closed Tuesday as usual then resuming regular hours on Wed. Jan. 4. Hope everyone had a great holiday season and we look forward to saying Happy New Year to you in person!!
