Grilled bread is a GREAT side dish! Try our Popeye bread (spinach, asiago, roasted red peppers) sliced thick and grilled 2-3 minutes on each side. Grilled bread makes an amazing side dish for your summer cookouts! Let's grill this!
Grilled avocado toast takes only ten minutes:
Thickly slice a loaf of sourdough or similar, spray or brush with olive or avocado oil. Grill over medium heat 2-3 minutes each side (until the beautiful char lines appear). Top with sliced or mashed avocado, a spritz of fresh lemon, a pinch of sea salt and coarse black pepper, top with arugula, a spicy cucumber slaw, roasted peppers, mashed cauliflower, or whatever flavor profile is your favorite.

Good morning! We are awaiting the air conditioning motor and will be here until we reach 90 degrees inside today (Monday 5.18). Our bread schedule is interrupted, please call us to confirm we are open and to check bread availability. We are tentative to be open tomorrow (Tuesday 5.19) and will keep you updated. We anticipate being open Wednesday 5.20 with limited product availability. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding (we don't want to melt our team members).
