1. Please be deposit ready whenever you're ordering or inquiring about an order.. also be precise about treat items and decorations for ordering.


2. Deposits are - ( you will have one time to change your date within 30 days, after the 30 days there will be another deposit fee due, you can also change the order within the price range of your original order (1 time) or simply cancel) The only way a deposit is refundable is if the order is canceled on MY behalf.

3. Please have open communication, no communication will result in lack of order, and cancellation.. ( 48 hours response time)
